We offer you the flexibility to return the ordered products within 14 working days of receiving the order, without having to specify a reason and without any penalties.
If you wish to return a product, please inform us within 14 working days of the date you received the products.

Please note that the return and, if necessary, reshipment costs for product replacement will be borne by you. The only exception to this rule is if the product received does not correspond to the one ordered or has been damaged during transport, in which case we will cover these costs.
